GTT Training Ltd: - Training Course Cancellation, Payment and Charges Policy:
a) All requests to cancel participation in a course should be submitted in writing. We will consider all requests sympathetically.
b) If the Client cancels a confirmed booking more than 14 days before the commencement of the course, and the Client has already paid for the course, a full refund of course fees will be provided, less any associated administrative fees.
c) If the Client cancels a confirmed booking 14 days or less before the commencement of the course, or fails to attend a booked course, payment of the full course fees is required and the Client will be invoiced accordingly. If the Client has already paid for the course, no refund of course fees will be given. However, a cancellation fee will not be applied if the Client reschedules the course booking for an alternative date within 12 months of the date of the course in the original booking and the Client requests the rescheduling more than 7 days before the start of the commencement of the course. If the Client has already paid for the course, payment will be retained and credited against the new booking.
Payment and Charges
1 The Client shall pay any amounts payable to GTT Training Ltd. promptly and without any deduction, withholding or set-off.
2 All fees must be paid as specified in the Invoice provided. Payment should be made as per the instructions on the invoice(s), with the invoice number referenced with the payment..
3 GTT Training shall have the right to charge daily compound interest at the annual rate of 11.75% (8% above the Bank of England base rate) from time to time for any sums due, but unpaid, both before as well as after judgement.
4 A debt recovery fee may also be charged. Debt up to £999.99, £40. Debt from £1,000 to £9,999.99, £70 and debt above £10,000, £100.
